    Government of Jersey

    Created and began the implementation of the Government’s Customer Strategy. Created a clearer, more consistent approach to customer experience across government services.

For more than 25 years, I’ve helped organisations communicate more effectively across the private, public and charitable sectors - leading campaigns, developing brands, delivering complex projects and navigating opportunity and change.

I’m a senior communications generalist who believes good communication isn’t simply about words or marketing. It’s about people: understanding what matters, building trust, finding clarity and creating connections.
